Remembering 9/11
Fifteen years ago, the American people were attacked by Muslim extremists. 2,977 Americans were killed. Many lost loved ones due to this devastating event.
The 9/11 attacks are a reminder that you have no idea when your time will come. It also reminds us that we do not have victory in security. We do not have victory in money. We do not have victory in family. We have victory in the LORD! Thanks be to God for that freeing truth! We can't trust our lives to the temporary pleasures in this world. Instead, we can freely and fully trust our lives to the sovereign LORD.
